Yoga for Birth – Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is an empowering practice for deepening your connection with body, breath, heart, and baby.
In this five-week series, we’ll explore tools that help to ease physical pregnancy discomforts, nourish your nervous system, bring calm and focus, and help you to feel prepared for your birthing experience. Gentle movement, breath work, vocal toning, meditation, pelvic floor awareness, and childbirth education will be woven through each class, with time to ask questions during our opening circle.
Tamara is an experienced Doula, Perinatal Educator, and Therapeutic Yoga Teacher.
All pregnant folks are welcome to join our supportive community.
